01الاشتراك مدفوع مقدما وغير قابل للاسترداد
رسوم الاشتراك تدفع مقدما عن المدة التي تغطيها، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد. هذه هي القاعدة، وتعرفها قبل الشراء لا بعده. فإذا ألغيت اشتراكك، أو توقفت عن استخدام الخدمة، أو لم تستعمل المدة التي سددتها، فلا يرد لك شيء منها.
ولهذا تبدأ كل مكتب جديد بفترة مجانية مدتها أسبوعين بلا أي مبلغ وبلا بطاقة: القرار يتخذ خلالها، قبل أن يدفع أحد شيئا.
النص الإنجليزي: The Subscription Is Prepaid and Non Refundable
Subscription fees are paid in advance for the period they cover, and they are non refundable. That is the rule, and you know it before you buy rather than after. If you cancel, stop using the Service, or do not use the period you paid for, none of it is refunded.
That is why every new office begins with a free period of two weeks, with no amount due and no card: the decision is made during it, before anyone pays anything.
02الحالة الوحيدة التي يرد فيها مبلغ
يرد المبلغ في حالة واحدة فقط: أن ننهي نحن الاتفاقية دون إخلال منك، أو نوقف تقديم الخدمة. وعندها يرد لك ما يقابل المدة المدفوعة غير المستفاد منها خلال 15 يوم عمل من تاريخ الإنهاء أو الإيقاف.
وهذا هو الاسترداد الوحيد المقرر، ولا تستحق غيره أيا كان سبب انتهاء التعاقد، بما في ذلك إنهاؤنا للاتفاقية بسبب إخلالك بالشروط أو بسبب عدم السداد.
النص الإنجليزي: The One Case in Which an Amount Is Refunded
An amount is refunded in one case only: where we terminate the Agreement without breach by you, or discontinue the Service. In that case the value of the paid period you did not use is refunded within 15 business days of the termination or discontinuation.
That is the only refund provided for. You are entitled to no other however the contract ends, including where we terminate it because of your breach of the Terms or because of non payment.
03كيف يرد المبلغ
يرد كل مبلغ بالوسيلة نفسها التي سدد بها، ولا يرد بغيرها. فما سدد بحوالة بنكية يرد إلى الحساب نفسه الذي جاءت منه الحوالة، وما سدد ببطاقة يرد إلى البطاقة نفسها. ولا يرد نقدا، ولا إلى حساب طرف آخر، ولا يحول إلى رصيد على المنصة.
تحصل جميع المبالغ بـالريال السعودي. والسداد اليوم بحوالة بنكية إلى الحساب المبين في الفاتورة، ولا يتاح السداد بالبطاقة. وإذا أتيح السداد بالبطاقة نشرنا هنا البطاقات المقبولة قبل تفعيله.
وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ المرتد في كشف حسابك مدة إضافية يحددها البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع، وهي خارج سيطرتنا.
النص الإنجليزي: How a Refund Is Made
Every refund is made to the original method of payment and to no other. What was paid by bank transfer is returned to the same account the transfer came from; what was paid by card is returned to the same card. No refund is made in cash, to a third party's account, or as credit on the Platform.
All amounts are collected in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Payment today is by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice; card payment is not available. If card payment becomes available we will publish the accepted cards here before it is switched on.
A refunded amount may take further time to appear on your statement, as set by your bank or the payment service provider; that is outside our control.
04الأهلية والقانون الواجب التطبيق
لا يجوز لمن هو دون 18 سنة التسجيل في الخدمة ولا إجراء أي عملية سداد عليها.
وتخضع هذه السياسة وكل تعامل يقع عليها لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وبلد المقر هو المملكة العربية السعودية. ولا يتعامل هذا الموقع مع الدول الخاضعة لعقوبات مكتب مراقبة الأصول الأجنبية (OFAC) ولا يقدم لها أي خدمات، وذلك وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
وقد نعدل هذه السياسة، والنسخة السارية هي المنشورة على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها، وتسري من تاريخ نشرها.
النص الإنجليزي: Eligibility and Governing Law
Persons under 18 years of age may not register for the Service and may not transact on it.
This policy, and every transaction under it, is governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the country of domicile is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This website will not deal with, or provide any services to, OFAC sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may amend this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page under the last-updated date at its top, and it is effective when posted.
