You may cancel at any time, inside the Platform under Settings then Billing, or by written notice to the contractual email address in clause 19 of the Terms of Service. No reason is required, there is no notice period, and no cancellation fee applies.

There is no automatic renewal. A subscription extends by an invoice being issued and paid, and expires by itself at the end of the paid period if the next one is not paid. No amount is taken from your account or card without an invoice that you settle.

The Service continues in full to the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not cut the Service off immediately and does not refund the fees of a paid period (see the Refund Policy).

After the paid period ends, the following timeline applies:

• The account keeps working for 30 days, with a countdown on the dashboard showing the days remaining and the suspension date.
• The account is then suspended. While suspended you may open, read and export everything you hold in full; creation alone stops, so no new record and no new user is added.
• The account stays suspended, readable and exportable, for 90 days from the suspension date, with notices of the deletion date during that time.

If you pay at any point before deletion, the account returns to its full state as soon as payment is confirmed.

Your data is yours. A complete export in a machine-readable format is available on every day of the timeline above, including its last, under Settings, then Privacy, then Export data.

If the timeline runs out without a subscription, your data is deleted from our operational systems. No data is deleted without prior notice. Excluded from deletion is what the law requires us to keep of our own accounting records and invoices, which contain no data about your clients.

Persons under 18 years of age may not register for the Service and may not transact on it.

This policy, and every transaction under it, is governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the country of domicile is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This website will not deal with, or provide any services to, OFAC sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may amend this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page under the last-updated date at its top, and it is effective when posted.
